Refund Policy
The refund principles MMO4TH recommends for digital-account trades: when refunds apply, conditions, the process, and the role of escrow.
MMO4TH does not process trades directly. The content below describes reasonable refund principles for digital-account trades and reflects how our partner marketplace MMOP2P protects buyers.
1. When a buyer is entitled to a refund
- The item is not as described or doesn’t work on receipt.
- The account has a login failure within the warranty window and no replacement is possible.
- The seller fails to deliver after payment.
2. Conditions
- Handover evidence (a continuous video) and a clear issue description.
- The complaint is within the specified warranty/review window.
- The fault is not caused by the buyer after receipt (e.g. self-changes causing a ban).
3. Process
- The buyer submits a request with the order code, video, and description.
- The platform/seller reconciles the evidence.
- If valid: a replacement or refund per policy. With escrow, funds are still held, so refunds go smoothly.
4. The role of escrow
Because funds are held by escrow until the order completes, buyers are far better protected than with direct transfers. That’s why we always recommend trading through an escrow platform.
5. When refunds don’t apply
The item is as described and works normally; the fault is buyer-caused; the complaint window has passed; there’s no handover evidence.
